 | sick betta? |
cox008 Fingerling Posts: 15 Kudos: 1 Votes: 0 Registered: 03-Mar-2003 | i have a blue male betta, about 6 months old. he has taken to lying on the bottom of his bowl mostly now, and has developed a sizable gray colored belly in the last month or so. his colors seem to be fading a bit as well. is death right around the corner? |

Have you tried feeding him a pea? (Defrost a frozen pea, deshell it and offer him a little piece.) Other than that, all I can say is that I've seen quite a few posts lately that mention bettas fading colors before they eventually die for no apparent reason. I hope your betta will be okay! ~Meow.
