Is it Limia perugia? (sp?)

They shade the glow of it with their mossy-misty costumes,
They wear masks of silk, porcelain, brass, and silver,
So as not to mislead with their own, ordinary faces.

Okay... I'm not going to count those questions [which are all "Nope..."] and instead take this opportunity to say:

The fish that I am thinking of is NOT RELATED TO THE GUPPY. That means it is not related to Goodieds, it is not related to mollies, it is not related to halfbeaks, it is not related four-eyed fish, it is not related to swordails, it is not related to Endler's, and it is not related to mosquito fish.

But this fish IS A LIVEBEARER, meaning it gives birth to fully developed offspring that can swim and feed themselves.

Bull shark

YES! You got it on the last guess!

I was thinking of the Bull Shark, specifically the pure-freshwater populations that live deep in the Amazon and Lake Nicaragua.

Rules: I will think of a fish, and give one clue about it. You then ask yes or no questions to try and figure out what fish it is, with a maximum of 16 tries. Each guess counts as a question. The winner is the person who guesses it right.

The winner of each round starts the next round by thinking up a new fish, and the game continues.

I am thinking of a FW fish. . . .
