Yesterday I visited the local elementary school to enrol my daughter.
Guess what: they've got 2 7 foot tanks and no one who cares for them.
Of course I offered to start taking care of them once my little girl goes to school there and they were thrilled!

There's one cold water "all Dutch" tank and one community tank. The Dutch tank can use some work; it's got 3 large carps and two shiners, some gravel and nothing else. The community tank is almost empty since the cleaning lady unplugged it at the beginning of last year's summer holiday and killed almost everything in it :#(

So lots of fun for me next school year!
