It's easy to make ![]() Just spread the sponge cake with jam of some sort....I like strawberry or rasberry.... Put the sponge in the bottom of the trifle dish and pour some alcohol on it... If you have any fruit preserves you can la Next put a lyer of custard on top of that.... Then a la Put some fresh fruit on top....I like berries a lot. Garnish with slivered almonds and powdered sugar or whatever you want. Crushed ladyfinger cookies are good on top, you can do a second round of the cake and fruit preserve and custard la EDIT: Leave it in the fridge overnight after you make it, that's VERY important so the cake can get all drunk and fruity. ![]() Last edited by Miss Moppet at 17-Feb-2005 22:29 |
