I had to do another bowling thread after today. But today I went to a local charity fund raiser for animals that was a bowling event. It was a nice size turnout. Lots of people to help the dogs and cats and local shelters

And I'll say I've never bowled this good in my life. Bad thing was that it was not sanctioned, so I get no awards for my games, or the total series

Wow, great job. Was it a sponsor type thing where the amount people donated was based on a score like a lot of charity races are based on the distance completed? Or was it like the alley gives what it makes on the lanes and such to the charity? Way to go either way

yea sorry should have said that lol.. .my bad... basicly, it was $20 to enter, then like 40% went to the house, the rest to the charity. and then the house gave out pizza and soda alsol.

I know what type you was talking about, but if it was one of those $$ per pin types, they wouldnt have made much. Vast majority of people barely broke 120. Closest to me was like 170's.

and thanks

I don't think I've ever broken 100. My grandpa bowls in a league, though, and I think his average is around 170. Pretty good for an 86-year-old man.
