Just wondering if there are many other divers out there. It Seems that a lot of divers keep fish as well.

Personally I'm certified for open water and cavren. I have done 30 logged dives +all them training dives. So more or less im still a novice.... Hopeing to get my advanced certification soon though.

yeah once i got the hang of it diving has been great, its one of the most relaxing things i have done. Those crystal clear cavrens are amazing too, makes me want to be a full-fledged cave diver

I'm hoping to certify through BSAC next summer if I can afford it.

What does BSAC stand for? I'm certified though SDI (scuba diving international) and NACD (National Association for Cave Diving) I do live in the U.S though...

British Sub Aqua Club

They provide training much more tailored to the challenging waters around the UK than other agencies. I'd like to train in the UK cos it's said that if you train and dive in the UK, you can dive almost anywhere, whereas if you dive in warm water- in the Caribbean or the Med, you need additional training to be able to dive at all in UK waters.

All my dives have been in freshwater quarries okay so not terribly exciting but I didnt really fall asleep....

or did I .......and on plenty of occasions I've managed to have to call the dive cause of hypothermia....then proceed to get heat stroke on the surface interval .
