The danios & barbs prefer to be in a school of 6 or more if you can manage it without overstocking your tank. Hopefully they are in a tank larger than a 10g. as they like to chase & swim a lot. I've heard that some tiger barbs will harass or kill ghost shrimp, so you will just have to wait & see. Anyway, I wish you luck with what sounds like a new tank. Be sure & take advantage of this site with all it's past posts. You can look up anything you want in the past posts on each forum, or make the searching easier by going to "search" & typing in anything you want to know about, such as "stocking" or "stocking 20 gallon", etc..
