Ah, just the necessities, eh? LOoks like my 20 gallon stand, 'cept it doesn't hold a 10 gallon under it. Nice.

Cool! My picture of a stand I built would include a shattered tank beside it. I'm happy for anyone that can work with wood, cause I certainly don't fall into that category.

Looks very nice! I would want to at least put a piece of plywood on the back to help stiffen it from being able to be pushed to one side.

But then again I am just a worry wort.

dont worry about that it's very stiff it's glued with water proof glue and bolted across at 3 point every joints in "T" holded by two braces with 4 inches screw even if i push it it does'nt move a bit i think it will hold very well.

"and the results where ????"

Similiar to how Babelfish throws purple gravel lots..of gravel this time, add in glass and 15 gallons of water and flopping feeders. Oops?

My dog always hits my stand, and it wobbles... i get so scared.

Can you imagin 55 gallons of water spilling all over the room???

When I get a huge tank, before i do anything, im toing to get wood, and support the back on ut with virtocle 2x4's so it wolnt stay.

All in all I think it's a nice stand, looks stained too..

The cool thing is when you're bored, and since you're closing off / re-inforcing the back, you can turn the lower part into a cabinet with a drawer so you can store your fishy stuff !

Nice stand!!!

"Can you picture 55 gallons of water everywhere?"
:%)]:|I can...I came home to 20 gallons in the living room, dining room, kitchen, bedroom...well we get the point...don't know what happened, but 20 gallons can cover about 400 square feet or so, 55...heck I would have seen it flowing out of the apartment, wouldn't have had such a "shocking" experience each time I went to unplug a pump from the wall...:%)

Nice stand though, it looks similar to the one I got at walmart without its doors, someday the doors will be attached...
