Not enough people have seen Orgazmo to get it though. I thought about going for a 'trailer trash' costume, complete with huge molestor mustache, mullet wig, 'WCW raw' hat, cutoff shorts, sandals with socks, cutoff sleeveless shirt with a "Gravedigger" monster truck picture, and a fake tattoo of a "3" on one arm and an "8" on the other, for Dale and Dale jr. respectively and even a little RIP added over the 3. However, one of the parties I'm going to (which just got upped to 5 about 3 minutes ago) is going to have a few people there that are actually big nascar/wrestling loving rednecks. I also thought about going as Osama Bin Laden or Saddam Hussein, but I'm not sure yet.

Political costumes aleays get the best reactions. I was Dubya one year, and it was pretty funny.

Hahaha... I just remembered that in fourth grade I was a hooker for Halloween. I don't know why that's what I wanted to be, or why my mom let me do it...

I'm not your neighbor, you Bakersfield trash.

YUP! it's that time of year again time for dressing up and getting free candy !!!!

*remembers that she's old and needs to start acting like it*

Okay so I can't run around the neighborhood and get free candy anymore, but I can give it out, and I'm still going to dress up *stamps foot* even if I was the only one in my court to carve a jack-o-lantern....

Anyone else getting into the halloween spirit yet

^_^

Personally, I think you'd get the best reacton just going in uniform. Throw out the poll and represent the U.S. Marines!

And when he gets to Heaven, to Saint Peter he will tell: "One more Marine reporting, Sir! I've served my time in Hell."

too bad we can't do real polls yet aggie

Me and my friend dominated the MS Halloween dance, we won every year What an accomplishment I know The first year we were "I'm not a morning persons" the second year, we were both the same box of nerds (she was the strawberry half, i was grape) and the final year we were a trio of hersheys characters with another friend (I was a milk chocolate bar, she was a reeeses, and my other friend was a kit kat). *misses those days* Hopefully my meet will be the following weekend, so I stay out for a little. It's a good thing I have first period free!!!

And Babe..the only time you go in the car is when it rains. ANd you have to start while its a little light out, or else you dont get around to enough houses!!

[font color="#C00000"]Halloween is my favorite time of the year!!! I celebrate it by dressing up every day of the year. Everything from dark clothes to Black lipstick, and black eye makeup. IT's great. But Halloween is my very favorite season. IT's the only time of the year that my parents accept my clothes. ^_^

I love candy, and jack-o-lanterns, and dressing up, and the parties, and OH YEAH!! I absolutely LOVE!!! the idea of All Hallows Eve, (and La Dia de Muertos and such)

^_^

well so far i haven't gotten into the spirit, usually I do a ghost stories unit during the month of october, and for some reason I just can't get into the mood yet...but, I can feel it coming on...in my third grade class we are reading Charlotte's Web, and I was thinking that (oh yeh, in my tutorial group we just finished Horrible Harry and the Green Slime; it also mentions Charlotte's Web; and the student's invade the school with paper webs in celebration of their love of Charlotte) well, anyways I was thinking of buying a really big package of those spider webbing stuff, or several and let my homeroom class begin to invade the third grade hall...what do ya'll think? It's Halloween, yet it fits in with our book also, and the other Language Arts teacher is also reading Charlotte's Web...anyways that is as far as I've gotten for Halloween spirit...

now little one is more than anxious and she wants to be a fairy princess...

and Babel, why not go out and trick or treat??? If you can get away with it, or borrow a kid, and get in costume and take them, they might think you are big sister or such, and give you candy too....

well hope everyone's in the spirit...

It's been decided. I'm going as Saddam Hussein and one of my teammates is going as Osama Bin Laden. My other teammate was going to be Yassir Arafat, but we figured most people wouldn't be able to regognize him, so he's going as a suicide bomber instead.

Well, that's very... frightening, to say the least. Just make sure your one buddy cleans up his guts and other body parts if he explodes.

My brother and I are hugely into Halloween and always have been (probably helps that we always had links to the States, and now with dad living in TX and all... hehehehe)

We always do _something_: used to have HUGE parties here with live bands (featuring your's truly in some line-ups), spit roasts, dangerously large fires, torches etc etc

Since he moved next door to a nicer house they have gotten a bit more sedate though

This year we are gonna get the "core" Halloween crew together (probably about 10 - 20 ppl, as opposed to the 50+ in the old days) on the Sunday night down at his place...

Don't know about the rest of 'em, but I sure as heck am gonna use it as an excuse to get "Gothed Up" (me and my best friend have already been shopping for new make-up)

On a side note, anyone looking for film to hire in the spirit of the season couldn't go wrong with the Rob Zombie masterpiece "House of 1000 Corpses"
