Once a day at least for each tank! I love to peer in and see that everyone is ok, and to watcht their fishy interactions. Personally I see that as being the main motivator for keeping a beautiful tank for the beautiful fwishies

VOTED: Oh you mean I should quit looking at the tank and get a life?

Well anytime I'm in my room my eyes just wander to the tanks. If I'm trying to do homework, I'm really watching the fish. Plus I can watch all 3 tanks from my bed, so I fall asleep watching them every night.

When my reef gets set up, I'll prolly be distracted from the computer, since it'll only be 2 feet away from here.

I can spend umpteen hours sitting in front of my tanks and watching. Most of the time I spend watching TV I actually am watching the fish and listening to the tv.
I think my family and friends are starting to wonder if I will ever lose some of the "fish"ination I had from day 1. I highly doubt it.

It's amazing how almost instantly watching fish can calm down a crying 10 month girl and bring a smile to her face.

With tanks in practically every room of my house it makes it really easy to waste alot of time staring at aquariums.. Once a day is minimum on all but my busiest days.. We've even been talking about possibly putting a tank up at my lab *fingers crossed*

It's right across from my computer, so I naturally find myself distracted every so often.

only a few times in the past year. They are well taken care of, but as far as anything beyond that just do not have the time for it. Doesn't matter they still make me happy.

Ok here is a pole that I've been thinking of....

How often do you just sit down and enjoy your fishy friends...not cleaning, feeding, or the likes....Just sit down and enjoy watching the antics that they provide?

At least once a day

I enjoy planning the tanks, stocking and setting them up, even maintenance but it wouldn't be worth it to me if I didn't just sit down and enjoy looking at them. Right now our living room is set up so that I can lay on the couch and watch two of the tanks, it's very relaxing.

My tanks are in my living room and my bedrooms so there isn't really any way of not looking at them all the time.

I admit a lot of the time I used to spend just looking, I now spend looking and photographing, but I still spend definite time just watching.

5-10 times a month...

I suppose it comes with having so many. It depends on my mood, strength, and what i'm feeding

As I created the poll, I'll answer first

voted for: Oh you mean I should quit looking at the tank and get a life?

The other night I caught myself after a couple of hours still starring at the cichlid tank, when I was supposed to be cleaning house...
