	How to set shutter speed.
JQW Fish Addict Posts: 869 Kudos: 758 Registered: 09-Apr-2003	Does anyone know how to set the shutter speed on a digital camera? My camera is Cannon DIGITAL IXUS 500. Cause when I look at the photo properties, some had very short shutter time and some had relative longer shutter time. What shutter speed is needed to photograph a fish while it's swimming?

The only way you'll be able to trick the camera into using a faster shutter speed is to increase the light and set it on a the higher film speed ISO 400.
