None naive fish will be illegal to keep, transport, sell or buy. Im not sure if you can aquire a liscence, but this goes for importing and exporting. Im not sure if this is just to the general public or what, because that would put big american whosesalers out of buisness, thought Tampa Bay Saltwater would probably do well out of this, then again there has a rule already been passed on the amount of livestock (mainly condylactus anemones and riccordia) collected by liscenced individuals on collecting trips. |

Theres far too many idiots wanting to keep anything and everything, mixing large american cichlids thinking its fine, huge catfish in small tanks, such as pangasius and red tailed cats, even arowanas and large characins, ignoring advise of others purely because they dont want to be wrong...there are plenty of people keeping goldfish in crappy conditions, too. |
