i know this is REALLY off topic, but i am new to Adobe imageready and i need to know how to get the html code out of a home-made animation..... anybody know how?

What came first? the chicken or the egg? No really.....

Just load the html page into WordPad.

Or if you have a better editor such as PFE, use that.

Look up PFE (Programmer's File Editor) via Google, take a look at it, see if you like it, and if you do, download & install it. It's free by the way.

I'd use that in preference to WordPad because you can set PFE up to display line numbers for reference purposes. That way, if you're debugging javascript for example that is attached to your animation code, and your browser says "Error in line 253", you can go straight there.
