My roommates and I don't have a computer at the apartment, so laundry day looks like the only time we have to get online. My new apartment is much nicer now that two females are living in it. There was two bachelors living there, but then one moved out, and two chicks moved in. ^_^. We barely scrape by with food, but we aren't starving. I had a new car finally, but about a month or so after I got it, I got into a wreck. It's been fixed, but we don't have the money to get it out of the shop. So I got a second job at Hastings, which I start next week. Been having a rough time with my 16 year old sister. Her first boyfriend, first kiss, and first love died on Nov. 15. They had been dating for several months, but they broke up about two weeks before he died. The break up was very mutual, and they both still really cared for each other, but Robbie (her bf) was 18, and said that he loved her, but she was just so young, and he didn't know if she was ready for the relationship he wanted. He called her every night to say goodnight, even after they broke up. They were still really close. Robbie worked full time at AutoZone and part time at Petco. He was also a full time student. On the night of the 14th, Robbie called her to talk around 11:50pm, they talked, and he even asked her if she wanted to go to dinner with him that weekend. Around two hours after they hung up, Robbies heart stopped. He was a completely healthy 18 year old, but his heart just, stopped. My little sister was devastated. She's still struggling with it. She can talk about him, and likes to remember him. Some people, some important (to my sister) people, are mad at her, because she hasn't gotten over it yet. But it hasn't even been a month since he died, and my sister was so affected by it. She'll get over it in her own time, she's not wallowing. I'm actually quite proud of how she is handling the situation. But it's a hurt that I can't fix....  It's just been so up and down.Been a while since I've had a chance to get online. The creep who was stalking me, and wanting to kill me, had a warrent out for his arrest, and several people were bringing him to court, me included. So he left town. everything is good for now, I'm not that worried about it. Since he's gone, I'm safe, and if he comes back, we have a very strong case against him. ^_^ All my fish are doing fine, they seem to like their new apartment just as much as I do. Sadly, Coke, my ADF past away. But Dr. Pepper is hanging out with Elbryan (my first Betta) again, and seems to be happy (he makes froggie noises!! it's so awesome!)Phew! I think that's about all that's been going on since I kinda dropped off the radar. But I'll be lurking around still. ^_^ Hope everyone is doing well, and Have a Happy Holiday! ~*MO*~ |
