I for one just got into it this year with this group of kiddos But, all in all it's not a bad program...the kids think they are playing a game, but they are actually learning to which I say YIPPEEEE But, today I allowed my 1/2 group to go into leapfrog's math program...I can't even say what level, or anything but if you've been to this level you'll know...I'm sure the two girls who chose it did because they have developed an interest in fish this year since, well my classroom seems to be fish everywhere:%) The program level they were in had them dividing fish into a certain number of bags and later they multiply different groups of fish to get total number of fish in a tank rather cute I think....Then the girls started telling me the names of the different fish the first one that set them off the program had labeled as a guppy now I know all guppies aren't as pretty as mine but please these looked to the best of my guess like corydoras and those were the best looking fish of the bunch![]() So has anyone else seen the computer version and seen the fish they use? Am I wrong or are they totally just out there not that most kids would know or care but I know some definately do...heidi michelle"I've got a great ambition to die of exhaustion rather than boredom."
