I suppose i like the concept of linux, but i like the fact that I can actually work windows.

which is better? each has its own merits, but it all depends on what you want to use your computer for. linux has superior memory handling and is almost completely crash free, but has almost no application support although this is becoming less and less the case as it becomes more popular. windows is pretty much everywhere in the world so you can do just about anything with it, but it is e to crashing, and a single application (program) can bring the whole system down. plus windows gets a lot of virus and spyware/adware attacks, whereas they are pretty much non-existent in linux.

u even get preloaded movie making software.......

I use windows xp..

Dont know much else though
