So sorry to hear about your car Babel.

Can I ask why you love this car so much? Just curious. The first Prius REALLY intrigued me, I loved the concept, the looks, the way it sat 5 instead of Honda's little stupid Insight car.

But then they (Toyota) went and redesigned it, and I'm not quite sure why. I don't think I like the new look, but I haven't gotten to see one up close and I don't yet know the motivation behind the redesign. I thought they had a good vehicle in the first place.

yep gotta love that milage, I mostly just drive too and from work...just cause that's about all I do ...but seeing as I drive 50 miles a day, 7 days a week....

I'm sorry your car got scratched. I can only imagine having my OWN car (ie not my parents' one that I drive now... though it is mainly for me to get to and from work... and I would still be mad if someone hit it) Evil hummers (There are way too many of them here... they take up the whole road... not like my little red truck... it's little!)

Your not going to beleive this but I just noticed a small blue scratch on MY new Hummer, and I have De plates too!

Thank god mine is Tangerine and not Orange.

Just out of curiosity though...Does anyone else thing the reflection in the picture of the scratch looks like someone's rigged out in one of those Depp-Sea Diving rigs?

People who do that sort of thing are the reason i want to get a beat up army hummer, not this hummer 2 gutless wonder tonka toy, but the good ol' camo box shaped hulks with the suspension for mounting a gun in the back Just an idea though- is it possible to get clear coat epoxy? I mean a layer or two of that and a car wouldn't scratch.

I would have loved the insight.....any car that makes you snap your head around and go "ooOOOOOoooo WHAT'S THAT" has got to be good.

And yes...it is a little scratch, but I almost had a heart attack when it happened. I was stopped in traffic, everyone else was also stopped in traffic...and this Thing had to go and push my baby just to jump in front of me....

so if anyone know's a puke orange hummer with de plates....drop me a line, we're going on a little road trip ]:|.

Too bad you didn't get the tag number on that Hummer.

People apparently feel obliged to mess up a new car when they see it. My car got door-dinged about 2 weeks after I got it. Two months later, some jerk in his blue Accord swung his door into my car and it put a centimeter long scrape on my driver's side door handle.

People out there just don't respect other people's property, especially cars. It seems the newer the car, the bigger the "hit-me" target on it.

I half way wish I had gotten the plates, weekend boss said I should have called it in as a hit and run...I think he was almost as horified as I was when it had first happened .
