LOL! Mine is worse! I really feel like she walks into a store and just grabs the first thing she gets to... a few years ago I got a size small pastel pink sweater... I've been a size D chest since high school (10 yrs) and my skin tone is very fair so I look horrible and washed out in pastels! She'll also buy junk at the Dollar Store for my 2 yr old and it's always marked 3 and up and has buttons hanging on by a thread or something. So we end up chucking it when we get home-thank God she never comes over! Seriously, if she's anything like mine she doesn't bother to read what's on stuff.

One Christmas, my grandmother went to Sweden or Scotland or Switzerland or something. She apparently just bought a BUNCH of socks for all of her friends and family. When my older sister unwrapped hers, she looked at us with this weird look, and showed us the socks. They had "Love Story" on them, and moose in various... positions. We laughed SOOOO much. When we called her, she was completely surprised. She said "Oh no! I bought socks for other people too!". I just hope she didn't decide to get more than one of that design.

They shade the glow of it with their mossy-misty costumes,
They wear masks of silk, porcelain, brass, and silver,
So as not to mislead with their own, ordinary faces.

I agree with Rusty Blade, I want you grandma...I love Eeyore; I have 2 Eeyore watches, I've bought, numerous t shirts, and some yellow jammies(bought the yellow ones b/c of Eeyore and I look like death in yellow!)--would love some more!!!

Actually I know grandmother's often give "wierd" gifts, but in all honesty be glad. I would do almost anything to have my Nanny or Grandma back with me. I lost 3 of my grandparents within 9 months, it was truely one of the roughest times of my life. (I had lost my other grandfather; Poppa; 5 years before.)

So though it may be inappropriate or strange be glad that you have them...some of us are less fortunate.

It's always a surprise going to Christmas at my Grandma's house. She always gets the grandkids crazy things that she believes are wonderful...but it's always a great laugh and you never know what you are going to get. One year I got a plastic sleeping bag...and I don't even camp!
It's definitely the thought that counts in my family
By the way...I absolutely love the eeyore PJ's...I have some almost just like that

I am wearing Wallace and Gromit boxers at present...

And my big stuffed Eeyore is on the shelf behind me.

I don't want to let go of the little girl if i dont have to.
