im my opinion dont go with gold rims go with some nice big chrome ones nice exhaust, intercooler and a good body kit and hood.
as for the interior change the gear stick, put seat covers or get leather seats, steering wheel, gold colour pedals or just normal metal pedals, seat belts and a good sound system.

Enjoy it mate, dont baby it either...vary the rev range progressively while its running in. Use different loads in each gear ... nothing too hard (dont thrash it) but dont idle it everywhere either!

Enjoy the drive

cheers,
Matt

Don't get a body kit or racing stripes or anything. That's extremely retarded.

Don't get GFX don't get altezza's, that also qualifies you as a tard.

Any kind of fart cannon on that just makes you look like a dumb teenager who thought dexcool was orange soda.

Make it fast before you make it LOOK fast.

You don't need an IC because those things don't have Forced Induction..(or do they???)

and dont' go around saying this

Rollin' on 27's
sp00lin up l33t turboze
runnin 8.7x's in the 1/4

IT'S WHAT I LIVE FOR

Yeh well I am seriously thinking on no exhaust at the moment. After my last car being well It was so DAM noisey and it only had a 2 1/4 inch exhaust so think I will jsut wait it out at the moment.

Also I am wanting to take the badges off. How do I go about doign that??? Like they would be held on by double sided tape or something simpilar so how do I get rid of that off the car???

I have been driving so much. She already has 260 kms and I only got her yesterday! Oh well 120 of that was driving it home. Oh well.

Most badges nowadays are 3M double sided sticky tape/foamy stuff. The eaisest way to get them off is to take a pice of fishing line, slip it under one side and kinda saw it back and forth through the foam. That'll leave you with a nasty sticky icky gooy mess. Patience and some 3M adhesive remover and a good rag will get the rest off.

Yea, pretty much mate.

The engine is new, and will be wearing in all the little quirks and grooves and score marks as well as seating gaskets and working in all the normal heat expansion tolerances and such of gaskets/seals bolts etc etc. The clutch is also new and will need to be broken in as well as all the drive components.

If you read your manual (you should have ) it will tell you how to break the car in, but rOOna covered it pretty well. For the first 500-600 miles you want to vary the engine and car speed thoughout each gear as rOOna suggested. Do not redline or thrash it!

After your first service and break-in has been completed, feel free to beat the crap outta it

Yeh I liked the Eclipes ones better as well.

As for the body kit. Have to wait and see. Wanting to maybe put some gold racing strips down it or something gold on the sides of the car. Not sure what tho yet.

Would love to make it look as good as the lancer in 2 fast 2 furious.

Just have to see how things go!

Black Lancers are great, I own one version, the fish one lol. The car is great too. I think you should do it up with body kit and stuff like they do on 2 Fast 2 Furious etc

Rockford fosgate is garbage. Go with the eclipses, you'll be way more satisified. And whatever you do, stay far far away from JL audio...

I won't knock backa Evo 7 or Evo 8 when they come into the country but well a little out of my price range tho.

Less then 2 weeks now!

Looking at putting a couple of 12 inch subs in the boot as well. Not sure what to get tho. Eclipse subs go alright but then there is the punch range in the rockford forsgate tho.

Oh well better wait and get the car first!
