Hopefully your other animals and/or your human family don't get sick from this. The longer you let it go, the more costly it is likely going to become; especially since it seems to be a contagious between the two cats. Get help ASAP before this spreads any further.

~Meow. Thus spoke the cat.~

We Finally got the cat to the vet wednesday. We have some good news and some bad news. Good news is that they checked for diabetes, Thyroid and lukemia and found nothing wrong. Bad news is that they dont know what the problem is. They are thinking the nodules that i removed may have been cysts of somekind. So we are going to have to change his diet, he lost 1lb in weight. Im thinking that he is being bullied by our other cat and so he is not eating as much as he should

Hmmmm tough call. One of our outdoor cats got something a few years back. Some sort of sores on his belly. It kind of came & went. We finally took him to the vet. They didn't know what it was either. They might have given us some medicine for it. I don't remember. He finally quit getting it. So maybe your cat will just get over it by himself. Thanks for the update. I was wonder what it turned out to be. Must be one of those mysterious things life throws at us sometimes. I wish you all the best of luck with it.

PS- Some cats, like people, loose weight in the summer.
