Oh boy.. theres a new LFS approx. 3 miles away from my house. It is HUGE.

I dont think they have a website (Heck.. maby they will pay me to make them one) but i did see a pose from someone who worked there saying that it has 570 tanks. The main LFS before had about 75 - 100 tanks (they had to cut the store in half, because they wernt making enough money)

Acually, before they used to just be a fish retailer (so everyone who bought fish from the pittsburgh area, got them from this place)

In most of the isles, they have 220 gallon tanks... which are HUGE (they were for sale for $1400)

I was kinda sad to see a common pleco devoured with just half of the "shell" left, cuz it was about the exact size mine was. It was in the pirhana tank (go figure)

There was some huge fish, like a 3' albino catfish, then they had a huge, probably 10" pacu, and a 8" parrot fish (although i dont agree with it)

The only thing that I got mad about, was they had an eclipse 6 system with 4 dyed fish (glassfish) colored Pink, green, blue, and red in the tank. I bought a 20 gallon long tank there, and i was ready to tell the guy that im not going to buy it if they sell the dyed fish, but i think it was just for, i guess "show". Because I didnt see any dyed fish in the main tanks.

Ok, i went back today, and i found a tank with dyed fish in it.

The tank was labled "NOT FOR SALE" so maby they are just getting them in their stock fish, but not selling them.. which is good.. i guess.

The dyes looked so ugly, and the fish were all tore up.. i honostly dont know who would ever buy one.

Yeah sometimes stores get dyed fish on accident. We always get dyed cherry barbs mixed in with our normal cherry barb shipments, and we just use the dyed ones as feeders (we also do that with a lot of hybrids that come in).

Also, like two weeks ago, the guy who owns the store (just some guy who lives in Texas) ordered a bright green parrotfish]. It was hideous... And the dye was all spotty and gross looking.

That guy went straight into our display tank with the 4' redtail cat...

I'm not your neighbor, you Bakersfield trash.
