This one is pretty tame as well, at least for a garter. She's not too squirmy and doesn't try to bite, though she does occasionally musk. She also takes frozen/thawed rodents no problem. Mez, the musking isn't bad at all. She did it once when I was bringing her out for the photo shoot, but I just held her tail so she couldn't rub it all over herself. She doesn't do it when I'm just transferring her to her feeding container and whatnot, which is pretty good for these "for watching only" types of snakes. Do you have Puget Sounds in the UK? I know there are some people in the Netherlands who really like North American garters, but I've never really heard of them being popular in the UK. I'm not your neighbor, you Bakersfield trash. |
