On behalf of the FP Sydneysiders (or myself at least!) I'd like to say thanks to Calla for always trying to organise trips and meetings!

Sorry bout that I'd be happy to get together in Byron, but yeah, bit of a trek for a BBQ! the other choice is mid january, but a lot of people are back at work then.

we should be up in Brizzie in june-september and we will give 4-6 months notice so all you guys can get holidays to join us We might just have a party-day at our rent-a-house there too

EDIT: i might be able to webcast it... its a distinct possibility

Ok, well, i've settled on the 28th, that should give me enough recovery time between Xmas and NYE! LOL

OK, plan is an afternoon window with a rough time for late lunch/dinner so if you can only make it for an hour, you can just come and go.

Its bring a plate (Xmas leftovers are fine )

I don't have a BBQ, so i'm going to get a tray of BBQ chooks and bread rolls

I am sure the people with special needs will bring something to share that is appropriate to their particular needs so you needn't worry about that.

OK, who is up for a gathering?

I'm thinking of holding it either at my house or at the reserve behind my house.

I've met a lot of you guys anyway, but rarely have you all been in the one spot. This way, you can come and if we do it as a "bring a plate" then it won't be too difficult, PLUS we can bring all that gear that you are never going to use again and swap/sell/etc and hopefully end up happy little campers (or at least get rid of the clutter)

This is currently still an idea, but what do you think? any interest in a meeting?

What times are you all off work etc?

I'm thinking between Xmas and NYE might work best.
