Cool looking dragon but, I don't see a tiger...

I've got a couple...

The one on the left is a pansy. It was the first I got, and not quite knowing how to care for them yet, fell asleep without any bandage on it the second day, and my shirt got stuck...so that is the "messy" pieces.

The one on the right is a shamrock with the flag of Ireland. Decided to get it a year after the previous. Obviously it healed much better though it still itches on occasion.

I designed both of them myself, and do not regret getting either of them. My mother burst into tears when she saw the first one, and to this day does not know of the second one.
