I grew up there. My mum and dad still live there and I go there nearly every fourtnight.

lol the blowhole wasnt working in full force when i was there went with my sister and we stayed in wollongong... nice little town history... the guy who gave us a tour of the little museum laughed when telling us that withing like a year all of downtown burned down and it was supposedly boys playing with matches... i laughed, but then i was like so sad for the town.. rich history there though! not very popular though except for the blowhole...

2 A Tall dark Sinister presance (I am usually paralysed Im so freaked out) is standing next to my bed and screams at me when I tell it to go away
3 (when I was a kid) I am in bed and one of my toys marches up and bites my throat. Its usually a teddy bear wich is ironic to me.

Havent had dream 2 since I was a teenager and dream 3 since before my teenage years. My nightmares usually involve loosing someone close now.

Not exactly *top 3* but in the spirit of keeping things light...and in the order they occurred to me:

1) Having to put my hand in cold dish water

2) Toilets on tv ads (even though brand new to demonstrate cleaning products) give me the ugggghhs

3) Sitting at the hairdressers. It bores me. for this reason I could never have fake nails applied - I'd resent the time spent sitting in that chair.

Two festivals hosted by Historic Houses Trust spring to mind (I am a supporter of the trust)

Be careful not to get your tongue stuck to an ice cream after burning it on a hot drink (burning your throat hurts too if you drink too fast!). And yes it can happen. I managed it with the ice creams they gave us on the qantas flight

hmmm. tuff one i dont venture into malls much but heres the jist of it!

1. cross my eyes and give tehma retarded look (freaks them out)
2. look at the ma nd snarl then say something snotty (usually they recoil or retreat)
3. simply ignore and walk past, if they are assertive then i push tehn out of the way, find a gap to walk through, or simply tell them off...

Depends on what they're doing that's stupid...

1. If they're in the fast lane and going exactly the same speed as the person next to them in the slow lane (on a two-lane highway), I have no qualms about being a tailgater. That's the only situation where I'll get close to the back of a moving car... I normally keep my distance...

2. If they're doing 20-30mph under the limit while entering the freeway, they usually either get a horn or a finger. They put on-ramps there so you have time to accelerate so you're going the same speed as the rest of the drivers when you enter the freeway. Likewise, off-ramps are there so you can slow down while you're ON them, not 50' before you get to them.

3. If someone is doing something really stupid (to the point where I can't avoid hitting them or something else by slamming on the brakes or veering out of their way), I'll 'tactically maneuver ' (aka 'drift' or 'powerslide') around them. I've only had to do that twice, though. Once on Christmas when it was really icy and someone slid into oncoming traffic, and once when someone was going the wrong way on a freeway on-ramp.

Oh that's easy

1. Buy a prius, buy a prius buy a prius (hey if the ev-1 was still around I'd have gotten that too! but they were all murdered)


2. decide it's really not all that important to go get X until you have other trips to do.

3. Don't rent a chevy uplander to drive 14,000+ miles in a few months time. And if you do rent a chevy, write all sorts of graffiti about how much you love priii and miss your prius.
