aww, my surgery wasn't the best? nothing like a drug induced haze on valentines day!!

Just some updates on my status with the girl I like.
She came over to my house to play sport after school today.
We all had lots of fun. And I asked her whether she would
like to go to the year 12 formal with me, and she answered
that she'd love to. It made me so happy. I asked her what
would her bf think, she answered they are cooling off at
the moment, I'm not sure whether if there's a hint in her
answer. But so far, everything is going great.

A screwed up a series of tests, came home, and AIMed 'till the wee hours of the morn.

Meh... just another day. I suppose that's not a bad thing... I'm rather enjoying being single again.

kinda ironic how i kinda intended this post to be a happy one, but once you read through it all it's kinda depressing, ironic IMOP :#(

Let's see, got up, took a shower, got dressed, drove to work, delt with a coworker i can't stand. Taught the afternoon half. Came home, got little bit, had a flat, went to 4 different lfses to find 1 beta that would be a gift to Leslie from Sheila, had flat fixed. Came to Leslie's house. Played on FP for a bit. Went home early and went to bed. Yep that was it, the typical Valentine's Day for Heidi...should be used to it....

My bf kissed me goodbye at the usual time and left for work. I slept for about another hour then got up to get ready for work myself. I had a shower, got out and went into the kitchen, where my bf jumped out from behind the fish tank with a bunch of flowers! I screamed so loud, nearly had a heart attack. He said he didn't mean to scare me, I was supposed to go to my underwear drawer straight after the shower where he'd left a note, and I was supposed to figure out he was home from that. Ah well! I got the note anyway, it was very sweet, poetry and all. I couldn't work out what he was doing there though when he'd left for work hours before, but as I found out he had taken the morning off work, left the house, hung around somewhere until he knew I'd be awake and in the shower, then came back. He then made me breakfast and drove me to work, where I was early so we sat in a cafe and had coffee. A much nicer start to the day than my usual hour-long commute!

The funny thing is, we may be separating soon. Doesn't stop us showing our love for each other though.

I know how it feels to have your 'mind full of scorpions' over something like this! I'll be thinking of you.

I kind of found out that the girl I like has a bf.
But she told me she thinks that her bf is really annoying.
And I told her that I really like her,
and she said she kind of feels the same for me.

Maybe she said she kind of feels the same for me because she didn't want to upset me.
She's the nicest person I've ever know in my life.

But I hope it's true that she feels the same for me.
That's why full of scorpions is my mind right now

For some reason when I read "V Day" I thought it was VJ day or VP day (victory over japan or victory in the pacific)



But anyway I dindnt give or receive anything. I gave up trying to be attractive ages ago.

so, what did everyone do on V-Day, i'm just seeing, i'll start, Dinner, then 2 a movie, plain and simple, just how i like it

aaaawwww so far I like Dani's story the best!

I was on the last day of a 4-day convention that I was running. Forgot it was V-Day until the little kids came in and sprinkled tiny gold hearts on the tables in the dining hall - so cute!

Then I spent the day sorting rubbish, mopping floors, loading vehicles and bossing people around. Got a text message to say my uncle had died. Came home and slept.

I rode a shuttle bus from the airport to long term parking B.

I drove home, got gas, got milk, made my bed, went to bed.

Got up, went to work, got a vday greeting from someone that knew I tried to ignore the day.

Had 5 recording sessions.

Went home, went to bed.
