Now this is just in regards to fish (or FishProfiles), but what's the nicest (or at least ONE of the nicest) thing(s) someone has done for you or your fish?

Mine's definitely that my mom has a habit of getting me fishtanks as presents. Most recent is my new Nanocube (12gal) that I just got for XMas so that I can have my first saltwater set-up...

A few things:

~A certain FP member sent racso and me money when we were going through a really rough spot. We never asked for it, didn't even see it coming. One day, there it was in the mail. Thanks again

~All the FP members that sent a letter/card for racso when his grandpa was dying. Thank you all.

~As I was sitting here typing this, racso brought me a heart shaped sandwich so I wouldn't have to go to work on an empty stomach.

~A few weeks ago he brought me a veil koi angel from work because I'd just recently lost my other angel.

~My grandma GAVE me my car. It's not new... in fact it's 10 years old now ('95 Chevy Lumina), but at the time ('01) it was in excellent condition and had less than 30,000 miles on it.

~Racso gave me an EXCELLENT Valentine's Day yesterday

~On Valentine's Day last year he drove 3 hours to see me.

THE nicest thing...? I think it's more a mix of a whole bunch of things...

My family is very good to me and my siblings. I feel very fortunate to have them; they keep me in private lessons for gymnastics, as well as my sister, they keep my brother in basketball and lacrosse. They take me and my siblings on several ski trips a year, to Okemo mountain, they keep great food on the table and nice clothes on my back. During this past weekend, they've done everything they can to get me back to health. They pay for my cell phone, and for all the gas we burn up riding the jet skis and boats at our house upstate. They got a pool and a hot tub in the backyard of our new house, which let us each have our own bedroom. Most of all, they put up with us. Sure we argue and don't always get along, but they always forgive us and continue to love and support us.

And heck, my parents got rid of a couch so I could have another fish tank...I think that's pretty nice.

Ditto Superlion: my poor family has taken care of my tanks every time I've left for school. Last year I was home every weekend, but now that I've transferred they're really in charge. My mother is frightened of the python, doesn't understand the filters, can't find any of the right plugs and switches when something goes wrong ... but she does it anyway, and she's learned a lot.

Of course, I understock and plant to help out.

The nicest thing someone has done for me? Simple, my would be wife said she loved me.

Nicest thing FP related - Sin &amp; Callatya came over to help me after I had surgery and couldn't maintain my 4ft tank. Completely tore down my tank and rebuilt it so that I could manage it. It hasn't given me a jot of trouble since!

My friend/boss Laura also deserves a mention as she bought me my first fish "Wish-ga", I still have him here keeping me company at work. &lt;hums and gazes at pretty wish-ga&gt;
