Almost what my brother drives... Although now he's got a new Deere riding mower... I need to see him in action with that... it sounds much nicer than "the Beast"...

Most of these sound great... well the Suburban is too... normal... and you'd get very low gas mileage without the fun-ness of driving a bus or something unusual like that...

I beg to differ with the idea that we don't have too many lawns to mow, jimg87. Come mow for my dad. That man will have your mowing every four days EVEN if the grass doesn't grow...he's a little...interesting...though...

OK a couple of things to keep in mind...(I do live in Texas)

1. How dependable is the vehicle (there are some spots of Texas where there is a 60 mile gap between small towns; with nothing in between.

2. Which ones have A/C it is HOT!!!

3. How many people are you bringing with you, how much room do you need?

4. What part of Texas are you going to?

it will only take like 95 days to get there, and how cool would that be to say you drove to texas on a lawnmower.
the only problem is, they dont have to many lawns down there to mow
if all else fails..go with the school bus..HAHAHAHAHA!
