Mine is with out doubt THE BEAR..very nice movie.
Second movie i like is the Orca"Killerwhale"(not free wily movies)This movie is from the early 70's.
Third must be the jurasic park.
For comedy i like cats and dogs,Nemo and bethoven.

I know human beings and fish can co-exist peacefully.

Roar was pretty cool. Cant remember what happened exactly...I was pretty young when this movie was at the cinemas. Its a movie about a pride of lions going into some familys house.

"ghosts in the darkness" was OK too but it doesnt exactly fit into this category. Its about lions (again) attaching a work camp that is building a railway across Africa in the 1800s.

As a general rule, I hate animal movies. Jurassic Park was okay, save the dilophasaur spitting poison .

The Silver Brumby

The storyline was muddled in the movie, but the horse stars were brilliant

For animals, the entire universe has been neatly divided into things to (a) mate with, (b) eat, (c) run away from, and (d) rocks. - Terry Pratchett

Me too because I used to watch those Disney animal movies and think how cruel they were to put these animals into sometimes stressful situations just for the storyline
But that being said I kinda loved Free Willy

I don't watch many animal movies. But I read Where the Red Fern Grows and I HATED it. I guess My Dog Skip was pretty good. For the record my favorite animal book is Animal Farm.

"All animals are equal, but some are more equal than others."

I love that line.

the ghost n the darkness was an amazingly great movie
ive actually seen the mounted lions
i believe they r on display at the chicago mueseum now not sure though
i hate disney movies that make ppl think animals like bambi the deer talk
im a hunter n many ppl want to rid canada of hunting on the basis they think animals like deer n rabbits talk n have souls as tehy think its like murdering a human

ive seen natures way n id rather take a bullet then get run down by a pack of wolves ripping u apart
or get clipped by a truck n suffer for days before dieing

its movies like bambi n thumpper that lead ppl to believe hunting is wrong

MILO AND OTIS YES!

But animal books are frankly better. Best part of my childhood. Where the Red Fern Grows, Pony for a Prize (still beating out Anna Karenina as my Favorite Book of All Time), Cages, National Velvet, billions of others ....
