I tried: Moose Burgandy-yummy Duck dip-yummy Wild Goose stir fry-yummy Bison Jambalaya Venison Empanadas (sp?) boiled peanuts??? not sure why they were there but they are definately an aquired taste or something Beaver Stew-- quite gamey and fishy and about 100 pounds of grilled venison a there was also lots of fish dishes, but Im not a big fan of fish so I stayed away also a couple of rabbit dishes, but Im not a big fan of that either...like eating rubber bands! ~ Mae West |
