Nowhere near as good as wheat pasta, but it does the job  Gluten intolerance is abundant here in the states it seems, to the point as of january 1 this year, food labels have to state gluten free if there's no gluten in it. We have seen gluten free pasta, but quite frankly, I cannot stand the taste of it. |
