Unless the advert has a footnote of "not exactly as pictured" or "available in silver only at this price" or some such, they are legally required to sell you the pictured camera at the advertised price....call your local branch of consumer affairs.

you want black, they are advertising black, thats the price.

if the silver price is less, then let it be lesser than the advertised price, or advertise with the correct picture.

yes it does, black is way better, (notice cory has a BLACK background, not a SILVER or GRAY backgroud )

I see where you're coming from and everything, but really, why is it such a big deal if the camera isn't black? It's still the same camera, right?

You can press charges for false advertising

When a lady at Petco tried to sell me a tank for $10 more than they told me the price was over the phone I got kinda mad (the reason I went there was because of the price...it was so much cheaper to get it there than at the places I regularly go to, and I was running low on $$$). When I started goin on 'bout false advertising (since they'd technically advertised their price to me over the phone) they immediately said something along the lines of "Alright that's fine...we'll give you the $10 less."

You might wanna try something along those lines to get the price they have listed... it will probably work. If it doesn't...file something or other to the BBB or something
