I am absolutely about to cry.

I just noticed these tiny white/cream colored "THINGS"
stuck to the acrylic on my 5 gallon hex. They are moving slowing along the acrylic and they are in the water!!!!!!
They are too small to swim. There are so many. Im not lying people, I am actually hurting here. I have a huge phobia of worms/snails!! I know this is either baby snails, daphnia or maybe a type of nematode.

This is where I got my info.

I am getting ready to completely take this tank apart and wash it out!! I cant take this.

What are they??? What can I do??
HELP!!!!!!!!!!! :#(:#(:#(

A definate no no..... she has a 5 gallon hex... there is no way she could fit 2-3 clown loaches in there, even if they were small.

If they are snails one small 1=2ins CL as a temp measure only will do an excellent job. I still have the small CL in my Betta tank. It is possibly better there than in the large tank with all the other large CLs

Have a look in [link=My Profile]http://
www.fishprofiles.com/interactive/forums/profile.asp?userid=6741" style="COLOR: #00FF00[/link] for my tank info

2-3mm long whitish/creamy colored worms... sounds just like Planaria to me

Planaria aren't really harmful, they are just there because there's excess nutrients in the tank, and they're eating it and multiplying.

Gravel vac the tank, clean it out good (don't need to tear it down tho), stop overfeeding if that's the problem. Things should clear up in about a week or so
