To sham, No one had put anything on this part of the sight yet, and I felt like talking about the snails that are over runing my tank. sham Ultimate Fish Guru Posts: 3369 Kudos: 2782 Votes: 98 Registered: 21-Apr-2004	It's not that noone has posted in this part of the forum it's just that the last threads died out nearly 2 weeks ago and your probably leaving it set to only show threads that have posts in the last 2weeks. Go to the right just above the threads and you'll find a show topics from option. There should be plenty of trumpet snail and other snail threads if you want to read them. Snails multiply based on the food available so if you think you have a ton of trumpets you might be overfeeding the fish. I've never actually removed trumpets from any of my tanks and I don't really see that many of them. If I leave a chunk of food in the bottom of my 55g though it's a different story. There will be 100s of them in a short time. Too bad nothing eats them.
