What kind of shrimp could I put into a tank with a severum, parrotfish, 3 silver dollars, and a knifefish? I would like this to eat uneaten food or algae. Thanks.

I can't think of any readily-available scavenging or algae eating shrimp that wouldn't get eaten.

As a general rule shrimp and snails cannot be kept successfully with cichlids. There probably aren't any that could go with those fish.
