I can't remember what the color is called. There are actually more than one species of malaysian trumpet snail but I don't know the differences. I think one is slightly bigger than the other with a slightly different shell shape. |

They can end up all over a tank so some people don't like seeing that many around. You can suck up a bunch during a water change to help keep the population in check. Other than looks they don't eat plants, help clean up excess fish food, and stir the substrate so there's really nothing bad about having them. |
