![]() | Female Betta Splendens made a bubble nest? |
girlunderrainbow![]() Big Fish Posts: 323 Kudos: 230 Votes: 0 Registered: 22-Aug-2003 ![]() ![]() | Ok , I have some female bettas in quarantine (in 2 cup/cups)..and one of them had what looks like a bubble nest in her cup when I went to feed her tonight. She has an egg spot... so I'm sure she's female. Can they blow these by accident? |

They just like to make it really hard for us to sex them. ![]() I'm pretty sure a female wouldn't blow a bubble nest, because of its breeding implications.... They wear masks of silk, porcelain, brass, and silver, So as not to mislead with their own, ordinary faces. |

She just doesn't realize that she needs him. ![]() |
