I have 2 males and 2 females. I'm planning to breed 1 of the males to one of the females, so I'll hopefully have more soon!

I have two females, and one male. If I had more room, I would get more. My only regret is that you can't keep the males together.

Umm... *counts on fingers* Six, nine, thirteen... and two at work. Fifteen total. Yeesh.

Nine girls (six in the twenty gallon long, three in QT in the five gallon), four boys in two gallon tanks of their own. At work, same two gallon tanks, one with a betta boy, one who was sold as female, but still hasn't been completely ID'd as such. She/he is a vicious lil thing that tore through the girls in the twenty gallon and got commited to solitary confinement.

Just curious about my fellow hobbyists. Me and my wife own a total of 13 Bettas. 10 males and 3 females. We were just curious how far the madness has spread How many Bettas do you own? males and females and please specify.

I have two currently and male and a female, i would have more if my boyfriend would let me.

Currently I don't have any Bettas.

But, in a couple months, I plan on dividing a 10 gallon in half for 2 males.

I have 14 females... 4 males currently in tanks already, and an additional 5 to arrive Wednesday... Then my daughter also has "Michigan" a blue/yellow MG.... So added together, our household carries the total of 24!!!! (Note: I've also put in a special order at my lfs for an all white male --- but didn't count that one, since they have not found one for me yet!) And no... I'm not a breeder --- just like Bettas!
Am I INTERESTED in Bettas? --- No, I would call it OBSESSED!!!!!!! :%)

And my obsession grows... I've now aquired 4 more males, bringing the total count to 28!!!! (Note: I also have 2 empty Minibows on hand --- just in case they might be needed in the future!)

I love my Bettas, most I've had at one time was 15; 9 males and 6 females

The most I've had at one time was earlier this summer, nine of them

One made the nine hour drive to my kids' house and now lives in my daughters 10g tank with platies. After that I had some terrible luck and lost quite a few

I now have one male who lives in a 2g, and a female in a 10g community tank.

I have a single white male betta. He's pretty cool, he's the largest fish in my 29 gallon, and he also happens to be the tank police! He really shows the tetras who's boss...
