And probably my last for a while

This is Cinnamon the day I got her, hanging out with Cerry.

A couple days later this is how I found her. After I thought things were going well but in reality Strawberry (tank queen) did some nasty work on her fins.

Cinnamon today, difficult to photograph well as she's still being treated in a bowl.

This is my other new girl Jewel. Most of the females available locally are reds & blues, so I was happy to find her as she has quite a bit of green to her.

This picture was taken today, 6 days after living here. Her color has improved tremendously.

Yes, I saw things were going bad quickly so I got her out in time. She ended up with a tiny tear in her tail.

So now she's happily living with my tiny pink DT.

They were and can still be lovely girls. I had a communtity tank with 8 females. They had a bit of a nip here and there, but nothing too bad. The tank was a 2 footer. I saw this site today.http://www.petfish.net/female_bettas.htm
I thought it was interesting for people who haven't had female Bettas before.
