Are you sure it's not Anubias Barteri Var. Angustafolia? If so, then it is a low light plant, but I haven't heard of an Echinodorus Angustafolia. If it is a sword plant, most swords (echinodorus) are medium to high light plants.

There is E. Angustifolius, they had plenty at the lfs from Tropica. http://www.tropica.dk has it listed aswell. The light requirement on thier site is low-very high.

Is this an alternative to the tenellus Pigmy Chain Sword perchance?

Cal,

They can get too big to be an alternative to chain swords. They can get over a foot tall depending on conditions (good light). Augustifolia in plants normally refers to a variety with very narrow leaves. This will get as big as most other swords just that the leaves are much narrower and grass like.

Gotcha. Only the illustration I found for it looked quite a fair bit like a tenellus, and I was wondering if it was another dwarf species ...

The name is correct & it's a runner Plant from Tropica. The number is 067B on their site & it's South American. Does anybody has one?.

My mistake. By their profile, it does appear that they can be grown in low light conditions. They do look quite a bit like tenellus from pictures and it seems they can be grown as short if under the right conditions.
