| Java Moss | |
Brian1216![]() Hobbyist Posts: 97 Votes: 0 Registered: 28-Apr-2005 ![]() | I just got some Java Moss and i'm wondering the best way to attach it. All i have is a little round ball of it that i got for free from my LFS. I plan to put it on a small cave that i have. Do i have to cut it or pull it apart, or just leave it as a ball? Thanks. |

Then tie it down onto the cave with some cotton thread. That should hold it until it attaches itself. Critical Fertilator: The Micromanager of Macronutrients |

Once you have unraveled as much as you can stand to unravel, simply take it and wrap it around your cave or whatever you want it to stick it to, and tie it down...depending on who you ask and what you have on hand depends on what you will hear to use, i just use fishing line, wrap, knot, wrap, knot, wrap, knot, etc...eventually it will attach itself, unless you have corries or other talented fish that can untie and remove the java moss good luck, heidi"I've got a great ambition to die of exhaustion rather than boredom." Once it's attached, remove and trim to your liking. |
