This is a little plant I picked up from another aquarist. It's native to Australia so maybe TW or Country know more about it.

I looked through all the unfamiliar plants on the site Keith gave and didn't see yours. What makes you say it's native to Australia?

not that i know a great deal about the topic, but that plant doesn't jump out and say 'aussie' to me - certainly it's not something you see in fish shops here, and i've been in the game for 30 years...

That's funny because I had thought that too.

This is a rhizome type plant and it is most definitely from Australia.

But I was too lazy to search

Pretty cool looking plant. I am sure it floats your boat looking like a dwarf wisteria. How is it growing for you. What tank do you have it in?

Yeah, it does look like wisteria a bit, but it's a rhizome based plant and it definitely creeps. It's a good plant for a hilly effect. It's growing slowly and a bit more leggy in my 5g w/excel.

Here's a more curent pic:

Tetra,

It kind of looks like my 4-LC with a wisteria leaf on it.
