They sink to the bottom and grow nicely in them. -Vincent |

I use some huge tweezer like things "aquatic forceps" to plant my plants and it helps the stem plants stay in the Eco. It helps you get them down under the substrate so they'll stay. |

Budzilla Enthusiast Posts: 288 Kudos: 197 Votes: 90 Registered: 18-Jul-2006 | Sock size doesn't really matter but I cant post a pic because I'm not a premium member.you clip a piece out of a nylon sock and tie the bottom in to the knot to make a pouch. Then youput the stems and pebbles in to the pouch.(add dirt as good substrate: optional). and then tie a rubber band around the top. -Vincent |
