Absolutely lovely, DL.. I really like your coral placement and the tank looks so natural.. Alot of times things can look contrived and "placed", but everything in your tank looks like you just went scuba diving and came across a really nice spot to take a picture.. Very good job

Thankyou, your comments are seriously appreciated. Sadly i lost my detailed log of additions/goings on and startup dates of most of the tank and its equipment/inhabitants a few months ago but most i have reciepts for or photos of so i am in the process of re establishing my records

Either way, the tank has been running for around a year (again... i need to work it out and some of the older pics are on an old PC since the upgrade)

Just looking at it answering your post, i know the bottom back looks dark, especially near the torch coral but thats how the tank looks, theres no mistake there. Infact to the right of that in the jet black hole under the zoas is where a very sneaky mantis lives.... he survived one capture attempt and one outright murder attempt so i decided he could stay

WOW!! That is absolutely gorgeous!! How long did it take you to do that? That is definately a tank to be proud of, and one I strive to do!

Oh and ignore the scum and filth on the silcon joins and glass but my cuke has been asleep for 2 days, no $h!t i think he may as well be on holidays, he normally cleans all of them during the night before he snoozes during the day.

ps. First time ive ever put a full tank shot online, i have a friend that can vouche that i can never, ever show the real colour although i must admit this shot (after playing with exposure or whatever its called) comes close.
