Finally, after a 4+ month wait, my tank has come in.

Lighting; 70watt 1400K, 6 blue moonlights leds, and 6 white moon light leds.

Will be starting a log up on it, after it is ready, in about a month.

Is this one of those new "nano" tank products? Definitely be sure to let us know how you like it, I've been hearing mixed opinions about these things.

These are brand new, the company is brand new. I can't remember which company it is, but when they went out of buisness, a handful of the employees and designers started their own company. The only bad thing I have heard is the recall on the 12 gal size, due to wiring problems with the fluorescent lighting. The tank itself is built with glass that is almost twice as thick as all the other nano cubes being made. That light bar is what makes this one so unique. The first 24 gal setup that is made for/with a MH.

Here is the Company page;

They make 70watt halides?

What types of corals are you going to be keeping in there?

Can't wait to see some pics ACID, keep us updated!

Definitely keep us updated as to how it goes with this tank. I was checking them out and considering the 24 gallon one also. Would be really interested in an honest opinion on the functionality of the built-in systems and if they are adequate enough.

Will do guys. It will be a couple weeks before setting it up. But will be starting a log when I get it up and running.

As for the 70 watt MH, there are several companies out there making them. Around here they are just becoming the fad to do. My one friend has been using them for almost a year now, and he loves them. His corals are doing wonderfully with them. He even did a comparison in two frag tanks with a MH 150 watt, and the grow was very similar.

I will keep you all updated with a log once I get it started.

Schweet tank Marc!

I'm excited to see what you'll do with it.

I've experienced problems with the JBJ (?) nanos...mysterious cracking and things like that.

Get that sucker set up soon.
