White Anemone | |
Week End Big Fish Posts: 414 Kudos: 436 Votes: 1 Registered: 16-May-2004 | I noticed there are white anemone with purple tips in my LFS recently...after few readings on WetWebMedia, it has been mentioned that it is actually a sign of inadequate lighting. So I just want to confirm here... the shop name it a Radianthus (spelling?) |

And yes, they do have a some what powerful sting, and can sting and kill some corals. Though there are many people that keep them with corals, there are many that will not. For a reef tank, the safest anemone is the bubble tip. HTH..... There is always a bigger fish... |

Today I was trying to feed some brine shrimp to it but seems like it makes no response to it...is it because its still acclimatising to the new environment? It responses to other things like fish movements and it did clamp and expand itself during the day |
