Betta fish (betta splendens) and black skirt tetras? I am thinking of adding a few to my ten gallon with a betta and four khuli loaches. Any input would be helpful, thanks

You'll be waaaaaaaaay overstocked. Plus, bettas have a tendency to be on the aggressive side. While many people keep them in community tanks, I have always found them on thier best behavior in their own tanks with small non-bothersome tankmates like applesnails, and possibly ottos.

Also, the skirt tetras will most likely nip all the betta's fins off. They are pretty aggressive for tetras.

Actually I think that if you got rid of the Khulis you could put about 6 cardinals in there and that would look nice, just make sure you have a lot of plants!
