Hi
can anyone advise me what are the best shoaling tetra's.
Im wanting to get about 20-25 in my tank.
I would preferably like some which have very bright colours and also keep in a shoal (face the same direction most of the time)

Cheers

There are several varieties that will school together, such as neons, cardinals, etc.. How larger is your tank? The number you could place in it would depend on that and if you are going to have other fish with it.

Most tetras are natural shoaling fish. But lemon and rummynose are real stand-outs. I have a school of 12 rummys, they're the most lively fish in the tank. And it'll be even better for you, since you're getting 20+.
