I wouldn't mind a couple of these little buggers for my tank. Nice colour, will hopefully look good with my future rummy's and if i had these, it would be bloody fantastic

hi,
These guys have been in shops around sydney lately, but before that i hadn't seen any before. I'm guessing they got a big shipment in because all the shops had them at the same time. I have some and they are great - very hardy. But they are very active and upset a quiet community tank, so keep in mind how active the other tankmates will be. Good luck!

Hopefully one of the stores here will be able to ship them in

how many do you have, and what do you keep them with?

cheers

where in australia are you?
i recently (maybe about 2 months ago) bought some from dural pet superstores. I can give you the address if you want. But i have seen them in the hornsby aquarium place (forgot the name), and some other places as well such as Hi tek aquariums, on the northern beaches. I currently keep mine with 2 angels, but they were in an aquarium with other tetras, angels, bolivian ram, dwarf gourami.... basically a peacefull community tank. While they got on fine with all the inhabitants, they are very active and seemed to upset the general nature of the tank. Ideally give them alot of room and they will be fine. My two angels in with them atm aren't bothered by them at all, but there is plently of room (5 blue tetras and 2 angels in 80L).

im in Rockhampton, so fish are kinda harder to get here, so i will probably have to order them in or something.

I'll probably get 8 for my 210L (55usgal) tank.

Thanks for your help
