Well, I'm thinking about a setup consisting of:

6 Marbel hatchets

6-8 Congo tetra ( small )
2 Dwarf neon gourami
10-20 tetras?

1 L204
1 Labeo Bicolur ( I'm really in doubt of getting this one due to its territorial behaviour )
2 kribs
And some cories

Which school of tetras can go with the congos? - I know neons and cardinals would be scared of their high activity.

If there is another species that wont be good in that setup, please tell me. Quite awhile since i've had a fishtank.

Thank you

How big is the tank you plan to put them in? The congos you get may start out small, but adult males can reach 2.5 to 3 inches long. They are not small tetras.
For additional tetras, some of the larger species such as rummynose, diamond, or black-skirt tetras would all be suitable. If you can find them, Cochus blue tetras are from a similar part of the world, I think (I could very well be wrong and I'm too lazy to look it up right now). They are tiny like neons, but have very different behavior.
Also, I wouldn't get dwarf gouramis... why is everyone into dwarf gouramis right now??? If you have a large enough tank to hold all those tetras, get a larger species of gourami like Pearls, blue or three-spot, or snakeskin gouramis or something. The congo tetras are going to be bigger than the dwarf gouramis eventually, and reduce their impact as a centerpiece fish.

Hoping that there must be a word for everything I mean...

I would put any tetra that doesn't nip fins with congos. I have no problem putting small tetras with mine. I don't really know what you mean by being scared of their high activity. Aside from early morning and evening when the males display and sometimes spawn with the females my congos mostly just sit around in a tight group and even when active the other tetras never cared. Right now I have them in with threadfin rainbows and 1 emperor tetra. I plan on adding more male congos to bring my school up to 10 fish and more emperor tetras. I considered cochus but they can be agressive and are not a schooling fish so don't fill your tank with 6 of them or you might have problems.
Really congo tetras do not have any restrictions on their tankmates except for those that might nip their somewhat long fins. They ignore other tankmates and are not too active for any fish provided you aren't stocking your tank to the point everyone is running into each other.
Dwarf gouramis might not stand out as much as a bigger gourami but there's no reason not to add them if you like them. They can sometimes be aggressive toward each other though so don't add very many.

Oh, I guess it's just a rumour about the neons then.
I'll add a school of them in that case, so pretty

And for the Gouramis, well, I'm just going to add a male & female.

Thanks
